I love to start sentences with “In the future…” because no one can really argue with you. For all they know you’ve got the gift of second sight. So, with that in mind… In the future, all music will be made like this, with robots. Sure the robots may look like kitchen appliances given life, but still, the robots will be your beatbox.
This is the work of Mike Winkelmann or as he calls himself, “Beeple“. Beeple was responsible for another video I featured here some time ago called “Kill Your Coworkers“. His computer animations are pretty compelling, somehow rendering fully believable worlds in which his characters live.
Like this, how could you not believe that in the future things will be like this? And who wouldn’t want their kitchen to serenade you with clangs and bangs? Heh?
